Kaneka’s impact modifier namely Kane Ace was first produced at Kaneka Takasago, Japan in 1964, followed by Kaneka Belgium in 1970, Kaneka North America in 1982 and Kaneka Malaysia in 1997.  These four global strategic plant operations are supplying to half of the world demand for impact modifier. Kane Ace is used in many applications such as high impact pipes and fittings, PVC door, window frames, etc.  Due to its transparent properties, Kane Ace is also used in packaging of tablets and blister packages for stationery, toys and general merchandise.

Kane Ace Impact Modifier (IM)

Kane Ace Impact Modifier as being our main additive used to improve toughening characteristics of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resins and engineering plastics.
