All suppliers and parties that have a direct contractual relationship with and offer products and/or services to our companies in Malaysia are expected to adhere.
GUIDELINE OF USING THIS HOTLINE:
a. This Hotline is NOT for customer complaints or enquiries and we do not offer any forms of monetary rewards for whistleblowing.
b. What is the purpose of this Hotline?
It is for you to raise concerns related to compliance with laws/regulations and our Code of Conduct, in full confidence and without fear of retaliation.
c. Who can use this Hotline?
Suppliers and/or parties that have a business relationship with and offer products and/or services to KANEKA companies in Malaysia.
d. What will happen when I use this Hotline?
You can communicate anonymously, by identifying yourself and asking to communicate with just one person without your name being recorded or you can provide your name and contact details. Your web report will be directed to members of our senior management and our legal division.
